Precise Alignments

Wissota tool can modify any piece of equipment to meet your specifications. Beginning with the initial tear down, we carefully remove each system individually and completely evaluate all the components to determine if they can be reused, or if they need to be replaced.

Then we begin rebuilding, paying attention to every detail, starting with the way each machine is aligned. In some cases alignments as close as .0002" are maintained. All alignments are recorded in a specifications booklet provided with the rebuilt machine. The wiring is then completed per the customer's request.

To guarantee a high level of performance, the machine is put through a rigorous test to verify every part - whether purchased or manufactured at our facility - is working to customers specifications.
